Each December, Ballet Etudes performs the classical ballet The Nutcracker for audiences young and old in Huntington Beach. We perform our full-length shows at the Huntington Beach High School Historic Theater during the first two weekends of December. The full-length production runs approximately 2 hours and features the music of Pyotr Tchaikovsky, professional costumes, snow and other special effects and a cast of over 100 young Orange County dancers. Educational presentations are given 30 minutes before curtain at the 2pm performances. Audience members may meet the characters for a photo opp after each show. The historic Huntington Beach High School Theater is handicapped accessible and parking is free. 

We also perform four sold-out shows at the Huntington Beach Central Library Theater in December. These shows are for the benefit of the Friends of the Children’s Library in Huntington Beach.
